Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy is a recognised evidence-based approach to supporting and optimising health through nutrition and applied health science.

At its core, it’s about helping your body return to balance—supporting how it functions, repairs, and produces energy in a way that is unique to you. Grounded in research from areas such as biochemistry and physiology, this approach looks at how nutrients influence the body at a deeper, cellular level.

Food is more than just fuel—it’s information for the body, affecting everything from digestion and hormones to immune function and energy. In a world full of conflicting advice, it can be hard to know what’s right for you. Together, we simplify this and focus on what your body truly needs to feel nourished, energised, and well.

As a registered Nutritional Therapist, I take a Functional Medicine approach—looking at your health as a whole. By exploring your symptoms, history, and lifestyle, we can begin to understand the underlying imbalances that may be affecting you.

My aim is to work alongside you to identify and address the root causes of your symptoms, supporting your body back to balance, resilience, and long-term health.

How does a consultation work?

Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a link to complete a detailed health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary, along with a list of any current medications or supplements. This helps me begin to understand your health before we meet.

Your initial consultation (up to 1 hour) is a thorough and supportive session where we explore your main concerns, health goals, medical history, and relationship with food. We’ll also look at key body systems—such as digestion, hormones, and the nervous system—as well as factors like stress, sleep, and emotional wellbeing.

Following this, you’ll receive a personalised nutritional plan within 72 hours. This includes tailored food and lifestyle recommendations, meal ideas, targeted supplements where appropriate, and suggestions for any further functional or clinical testing. If needed, I can also liaise with your doctor and provide referral letters for specific blood test.

In some cases, additional functional testing may be recommended to gain deeper insight into your health. These may include advanced assessments such as stool analysis, hormone testing, or nutritional status evaluations.

A follow-up consultation is usually recommended around 4 weeks later (45 minutes). During this session, we review your progress, go through any test results, and adjust your plan as needed. In between session we offer ongoin support if you have additional questiostions.

A range of consultation packages are available to support different health goals.

The payment for consultations are required at least 48 hours in advance.

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact yet highly effective method of exercise that strengthens the body, improves flexibility, and enhances posture and overall body awareness.

I offer both Mat and Reformer Pilates, combining classical and contemporary approaches. My sessions place a strong emphasis on breath, alignment, core stability, and spinal mobility—helping you build strength while moving with control and ease.

Mat Pilates uses bodyweight and small props to develop strength, balance, and flexibility, making it accessible and adaptable for all levels. Reformer Pilates, allows for more targeted resistance, deeper muscle engagement, and a greater range of movement—ideal for both rehabilitation and progression.

I am also trained to work with special populations, including pre- and postnatal clients, offering safe and supportive guidance tailored to each stage.

With a background in Nutritional Therapy, I take a holistic approach—integrating movement and nutrition to support your health, strength, and wellbeing from the inside out.

We offer private Pilates classes, both online or in person. Check fees here.

Systematic Kinesiology

Systematic Kinesiology is natural health care practice which uses muscle testing to read the energetic bio feedback system of our bodies to find where imbalances, energy drains and health issues originate from and what particular stresses are affecting you.

Those imbalances, which could either be structural, bio-chemical, energetic or emotional  are then corrected using lymphatic massage, nutrition, electrical balancing and emotional work.

Systematic Kinesiology was originally discovered by Dr. Georde Goodheart in 1964, an eminent Chiropractor in the Unites States, who blended the ancient knowledge of acupuncture and eastern medicine. It enables one to address the whole person helping in investigating and pinpointing the key cause of a distress. These distressed can often be related to poor gut health, food sensitivity, nutritional insufficiency, infections (virus, bacteria, yeast and fungi), heavy metals or toxic load as well as emotional or energetic blockages.

Although it is very effective in addressing current health problems, the best time to have a Kinesiology session is when you are feeling "well" due to its ability to detect sub-clinical issues and imbalances before symptoms manifest. It is therefore a very empowering preventative tool.

How does a treatment work?
The treatments are offered alongside a Nutrition Consultation and include gentle physical corrections of muscle (with a gentle massage or light touch of specific neuro-lympathic and neuro-vascular points, and meridian flushing) which are done with the person lying on a couch or standing.

Test Kits are used and specific food and supplement can be tested to evaluate possible sensitivities and nutritional needs.
Recommendation for foods and supplements, as well as techniques to relieve emotional and energetic imbalances are also included.

Reiki and Seichem

Reiki is a spiritual healing energy practice developed in Japan by Dr. Mikoa Usui (1865 – 1926).

It’s a safe, gentle, non-invasive technique performed with the hands. It is not linked with any religion, can benefit anyone on the physical, mental and emotional level and works very well alongside conventional medicine.

Reiki’s energy is channeled through the hands of the practitioner and works by balancing and harmonizing all aspect of a person.

The  deep sense of relaxation reinforces the body’s natural ability to heal itself by increasing resilience and our ability to respond to life in a healthier way.

Seichem energy connects with our higher selves and stimulate personal development and growth.

Studies have shown that Reiki has an effect on the parasympathetic nervous system (the “rest and digest” system) and research data demonstrated a positive effect on relaxation, pain management, blood pressure, anxiety, depression, surgical recovery, enhance self-esteem, intuition and well-being.

The best way to understand how Reiki works is by experiencing it!

How does a treatment work?

A Reiki treatment will last approximately 1 hour, and it is performed with the person fully clothed, lying on a couch or sitting on a chair. Hands will be placed on or near specific area of the body. The experience is very personal and  promotes deep states of relaxation and peace.

The wonderful thing about Reiki is that it always work for your highest good, helps restore balance so you feel better and your system can undergo profound self healing.

Clients typically report improvement during their first Reiki treatment, although more sessions may be needed to stabilize and strengthen that improvement.
