• 1h initial consultation, to discuss your history, goals and  wellness priorities

• Evaluation of your 3 days food diary and health questionnaire

• Analysis  of your case, based on our initial chat & questionnaire

• Revision of any recent blood tests (please ensure you check with your doctor if you have any doubt)

• Personalised, evidence-based life style reccomendation, with easy to implement action points, meal ideas and recepies (sent within 48hrs after)

• If appropriate, targeted supplements and/or functional testing reccomendations (available with my practitioner's client discount), providing there are no interaction with certain medication.

• Medication & nutrientes interaction evaluation

• Referral letter to your primary health care provided with appropriate tests needed

• 1 x 45 min follow up session (must be completed within 4 to 5 weeks after initial consultation unless otherwised agreed), to evaluate progress, answer questions, revise supplements, interpretation of new blood test and or functional testing results (if taken) to determine further steps.

3 sessions (8 week support)

TRANSFORMATION PLAN

Ideal for a more steady support over 3 months for a committed yet gentle wellbeing support. Includes one 60-minute initial sessions and seven 45-minutes follow up sessions, to be completed within 3 months. This package can also be used for 8 additional follow ups (if you are an existing client) and the duration can be extended to 6 months.

* Includes all services as per the plans above, & dedicated recepies sent after after every session.

Just want a standalone session for some general guidance on how to eat and live healthier? (ideal if you are already following a plan, have questions on some supplements or need help with lab test results interpretation)

• foundation guidelines with a personalised evidence based lifestyle plan, including top 3 to 5 action points to implement right away

• 15% discount if you book either the Starter, Progress or Transformation Plan.​

I am available to provide health related talks and workshops to groups, retreats, or any private or public event. Fees available upon request.

Nutritional cooking and Evaluation of Menu

I can provide assistance to chefs, restaurants, retreats facilities, schools or nursing homes, who needs to cater for different demograpichs, special dietary requirements or need practical cooking tips for nutritionally balanced and healthy meals, especially for those clients following a  gluten free diet, a low histamine or low FODMAP diet, a Candida protocol, a vegan or plant based diet, or have multiple food intollerances.

Private Chef & Nutritional  Support

I collaborate with selected private chefs to provide tailored services both for individual clients and groups.

Reiki & Seichem Session (50 min)

£50 / Eur 60

Payments are required  48hrs in advance. In case of a cancellation or amendment of the appointment this will need to be received no later than 24 hrs prior the appointment. Any cancellation less than 24hrs will  be subjeted to a 100% charge. 

Discovery calls are complimentary, but any cancellation or amendement less than 24 hrs prior will  be invoiced for £20
