Services may include nutritional consultations, functional testing, movement and complementary relaxation practices.
Services are educational and supportive and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. Laura Borghi is not a medical doctor, does not prescribe medication and does not diagnose medical conditions.
Appointments are confirmed once the booking requirements and any applicable payment have been completed.
Prices, payment conditions and additional costs will be clearly communicated before booking. Functional tests, laboratory fees, supplements and shipping are not included unless expressly stated.
Clients must provide accurate information, disclose relevant health conditions and inform Laura of any medical treatment or medication that may affect the service.Clients remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice and deciding whether to follow any recommendation.
Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, clients may have the right to withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days.
If the client expressly requests that a service begin during that period, payment may be due for services already provided. The right of withdrawal may end once a service has been fully performed with the client’s prior agreement and acknowledgement, subject to applicable law.
Online and international services are available only where they fall within Laura Borghi’s professional scope and insurance requirements.
