Meet Laura

I help women feel better in their bodies through midlife, with a particular focus on gut health and how it connects to hormones, energy and mood.

I am a UK-qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist. I obtained my qualification from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London in 2013. I am a member of BANT, the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, and CNHC, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

I am also a Dietista and Técnico Superior en Dietética in Spain and a member of ASNADI, the Asociación Nacional de Técnicos Superiores en Dietética. In addition, I am a Certified Pilates Instructor and a Reiki and Seichem Practitioner. I am currently studying to become a Personal Trainer.

My Journey

My journey into nutrition began with my own diagnosis of endometriosis. Wanting to better understand my body led me to study Naturopathic Nutrition in London and, after moving to Spain, qualify as a Dietista.

My own experience taught me that health is rarely about one single thing. Nutrition, digestion, hormones, movement and lifestyle are all interconnected. This understanding, together with my love of Pilates, shaped the way I work today.

I offer personalised, evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle support, with a particular focus on gut health, SIBO, chronic digestive disorders and women’s health through perimenopause and midlife.

My approach is practical, compassionate and individual. Rather than restrictive diets or quick fixes, I help you understand your body and make realistic, sustainable changes that fit your life.

My goal is simple: to help you feel more comfortable in your body, more confident in your choices, and better supported through every stage of your health journey.

My Approach

There is a person behind every symptom.

Your health is unique to you. Rather than starting with a diet plan or a list of rules, I start by listening — understanding your symptoms, history, routines, relationship with food, lifestyle and what you want to achieve.

From there, we work together to find realistic, evidence-informed strategies that support your body and fit naturally into your life.

My approach is personalised and practical. The goal isn't perfection or restrictions, but guiding you to make meaningful changes that you can actually sustain.

Nutrition and lifestyle support is intended to complement, not replace, appropriate medical care. When appropriate, I believe in working alongside your existing healthcare team to support the bigger picture of your wellbeing.
